Role Overview

The Estate Management Officer will oversee and manage NOORI's financial operations, real estate initiatives, and convention sales. This role requires expertise in real estate management, financial handling, and business development to ensure smooth operations and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain banking and accounting operations of NOORI.
  • Handle convention sales, including lead generation, client engagement, and bookings.
  • Oversee NOORI's real estate projects, including development, site management, and execution.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new land acquisition and future property projects.
  • Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and sales documentation.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and real estate portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven prior experience in real estate management is
    mandatory
    .
  • Strong understanding of property acquisition, project handling, and land documentation.
  • Experience in financial management, banking operations, and accounts handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
