**Job Title:** Senior Manager - Project Execution

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive end-to-end delivery of our real estate projects in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have experience in project site management, approvals, vendor coordination, and real-time progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Site Monitoring: Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely progress, track milestones, and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
  • Approvals & OC/CC: Independently manage approvals from local authorities and secure Occupancy Certificate within committed timelines.
  • Drawing & Consultant Interface: Coordinate GFC issuance, revisions, and consultant responses to site queries, ensuring execution as per approved drawings and version control.
  • Coordination: Align project delivery with sales, CRM, and marketing commitments (RERA-compliant).
  • & Billing Oversight: Validate RA bills, work measurement, and completion certifications, monitor vendor performance, and flag quality/time issues.
  • Support: Support finance with milestone-based billing, forecasting, and audit-ready documentation.
  • & Customer Handover & Quality Closure: Ensure snag rectification, OC availability, and possession documentation readiness, coordinate post-handover complaint resolution with site and CRM teams.
Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 10-15 years in real estate project execution, preferably with reputed developers or PMC.
  • Proven track record in handling full-cycle delivery, statutory clearances, and OC/CC.
  • Strong understanding of local authorities and approval processes.
