IT Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee technology operations for our customers in the metals and mining sector.

  • Lead IT operations across customer entities based in Odisha, India.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, SOX compliance, and IT governance, control, and risk management.
  • Manage IT vendors with service level agreement ownership; ensure site IT operations run smoothly.
  • Execute short-term and long-term IT transformation projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable analytics and digital initiatives.
  • Drive business alignment while ensuring efficient IT budget planning, procurement, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 18+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, audits, compliance, and ITIL governance.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management and IT service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. / MCA from a recognized institution.
  • Exposure to Cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
