IT Head

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Head to lead and oversee technology operations for our customers in the metals and mining sector. The role requires managing IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity, and vendor partnerships while enabling digital transformation across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead IT operations across customer entities based in Jharsuguda.

- Oversee cybersecurity, VAPT, SOX & ISO 27001:2013 compliance, and ITGC governance.

- Manage IT vendors with SLA ownership; ensure site IT operations run smoothly.

- Execute short-term & long-term IT transformation projects.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable analytics and digital initiatives.

- Drive IT budget planning, procurement, and cost optimization.

- Mentor, lead, and grow IT teams while ensuring business alignment.

What We Are Looking For :

- 18+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, audits, compliance, and ITIL governance.

- Proven expertise in vendor management and IT service delivery.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA from a recognized institution.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with digital enablement initiatives in manufacturing.
