Accounts Manager
to handle client relationships, oversee onboarding, and ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and growth. Understand client needs and proactively provide strategic marketing solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Client Onboarding & Strategy Alignment:
Manage the client onboarding process, from initial consultation to contract finalization. Gather and document client requirements, goals, and brand guidelines to align strategies. Set up workflows, reporting structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Client Delivery & Project Oversight:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure client expectations are met. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clients with reports and insights. Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues proactively. Qualifications & Skills:
3 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role in a marketing agency. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and campaign execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Trello) is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
