Your Mission

  • Bring in your own direct US clients/accounts (existing relationships, new business, or both).
  • Act as the face of Pulsecraft for your clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with our rock-solid recruiting team to deliver on every staffing need.
  • Negotiate contracts, margins, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and drive revenue.
  • What You Bring

Requirements

  • 3+ years in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development.
  • A proven track record of client acquisition & management in the US market.
  • Existing client base or active leads ready to engage.
  • Deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem (VMS/MSP, direct clients, contract hiring, rate structures).
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills.
  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – someone who doesn't just wait for business, but creates it.
