Now, we are looking for a rainmaker – a Business Development Manager who already has US client relationships and wants to scale those accounts with us. Think of this as your chance to become a partner in growth rather than just an employee.
Your Mission
- Bring in your own direct US clients/accounts (existing relationships, new business, or both).
- Act as the face of Pulsecraft for your clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with our rock-solid recruiting team to deliver on every staffing need.
- Negotiate contracts, margins, and terms to maximize profitability.
- Continuously identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and drive revenue.
- What You Bring
Requirements
- 3+ years in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development.
- A proven track record of client acquisition & management in the US market.
- Existing client base or active leads ready to engage.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem (VMS/MSP, direct clients, contract hiring, rate structures).
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – someone who doesn't just wait for business, but creates it.
