Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Odisha, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. This includes managing the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Customer relationship management and business development skills
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance
- Experience in the technology or SAP solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
