Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic BDM to lead our Closures Team , driving revenue by converting qualified leads into enrolled learners. You will manage a team of BDEs and Team Leads, ensure high closure rates, and optimize the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end closure process and maximize conversions. Manage and coach BDEs/TLs on consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation. Implement structured closure SOPs, pitch scripts, and maintain CRM hygiene. Analyze funnel performance and forecast revenue. Collaborate with Demo and other teams for seamless lead handover. Requirements: 2–5 years in B2C Sales / Business Development (EdTech or high-ticket B2C preferred). Proven team management experience with revenue target achievement. Strong sales acumen, closing expertise, and consultative approach. Excellent communication in English + regional language (Hindi / Gujarati / Odia / Malayalam / Bengali).
