Job Title: HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM consultant to join our team. As an HCM consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human capital management strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting: Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on human capital management initiatives, including absence management, time tracking, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Project Management: Lead projects related to Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on Workday HCM features and functionality.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy custom solutions that meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Workday Experience: Minimum four years of experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a global organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow or Similar Software: Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management software, with a proven track record of delivering results.
