Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop requirements documentation to meet business needs and support strategic objectives.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex human capital management issues raised by the organization.
  • Support data requests and maintenance activities, including rescinding, correcting and enhancing existing benefits.
  • Provide expert guidance to analysts when troubleshooting intricate problems and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Offer functional expertise and guidance to our People Teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation to reflect organizational standards and best practices.
  • Protect global standards and principles from competing demands and priorities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in testing activities as required to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop innovative solutions for enhancements to our Workday deployment to drive business value.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of data standards, functionality, features and capabilities in Workday and emerging technology trends.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in human capital management systems, particularly Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of data standards, functionality, features and capabilities in Workday.
