Job Opportunity Overview

This role involves overseeing the implementation and configuration of Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within a cloud-based system.

  • At least 8 years of experience in HCM covering the entire employee lifecycle with expertise in core HR functions and organizational resource management modules is required.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow is essential for success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with database query language, OTBI / BIP / FRS reports, file-based data interfaces, extracts, and workflow automation tools is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in client-facing roles interacting with customers during requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases. They should also be open to domestic or international travel for short and long durations.
