**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced human capital management consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, with expertise in advisory, planning, and implementation of additional modules.

The consultant will be responsible for documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration to drive business success.

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, resolve support requests, and provide strategic road mapping services.
  • Complex Business Analysis: Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
  • Request Prioritization: Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and best practices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.
