Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Capital Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical guidance on HR requirements and issues.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve HR process efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

• Mentor junior colleagues in HR best practices and system utilization.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in HR management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP HCM Functional modules, including SAP PA, OM, and Time Management.

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM, and Travel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR ABAP coding or debugging a plus.

• Previous experience with JIRA/Confluence tools is also beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
