Capital Markets Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and expand our Investor Relations and Debt Syndication vertical.

This role is central to our distribution strategy and requires a blend of strong relationship management, deal execution experience, and a strategic understanding of capital markets.

  • The Capital Markets Strategist will be a key leader in the debt capital markets team, responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing debt syndication transactions.
  • Lead the syndication and placement of debt products including NCDs, structured credit, securitized instruments, and bespoke private placements.

Maintain and expand relationships with a wide range of institutional debt investors.

Work closely with the origination and structuring teams to understand transaction specifics and tailor investor outreach accordingly.

Candidate Profile:
  • 8-11 years of experience in debt syndication, investor relations, or capital markets, preferably with an investment bank, NBFC, or AIF.
  • Strong investor network across domestic debt capital markets.
  • Deep understanding of credit products, risk-return dynamics, and debt structuring.
