Capital Market Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Market Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry activities, including securities operations, wealth management, and exposure to financial instruments & markets.
Responsibilities include reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation in various internal systems and proprietary company software, as well as identifying discrepancies and making necessary updates to reconcile data.
The successful candidate will possess excellent comprehension and articulation skills, knowledge of industry activities, and hands-on experience in document management, including prospectuses, annual reports, KIIDs, and factsheets.
Aptitude for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for this role, which requires working independently in a high-pressure environment with flexibility in shift timings.
To qualify for the role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and demonstrated experience in financial services operations or similar roles, ideally up to 1-2 years in investment management operations.
