Job Title:
As a key intermediary between Product Managers and delivery teams, this role requires a deep understanding of capital markets or investment banking. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable deliverables and ensure timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define requirements and priorities.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Jira boards, track sprint progress, and support agile ceremonies.
- Foster effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams for requirement clarity.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Essential: In-depth knowledge of capital markets or investment banking.
- Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is necessary.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
