About the Role:
  • Develop and implement human capital strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations and career development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Advise senior leadership on HR best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in healthcare or service industries is an asset
