Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation and Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with IT leaders to understand current HRIS systems and prepare for Dayforce implementation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of Dayforce HCM, including configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HCM needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and configure system workflows within the Dayforce platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system changes and new functionalities to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training on system usage.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce functionalities and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce HCM, including implementation and support.
  • Proven experience in HRIS administration and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
