The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will lead the implementation of the client's Human Capital Management solution. This role demands expertise in product strategy and implementation.

This expert will collaborate with the client to comprehend their business requirements and configure the solution accordingly. They will work closely with the assigned Project Manager to provide timely updates on progress.

  • Implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Conduct thorough system testing including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide best practices and optimization guidance within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HCM Schemas, PL/SQL is an added advantage.
  • Mentor technical streams on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
