Workday HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to lead and participate in the implementation of Human Capital Management solutions. With 7-10 years of relevant experience, you will be instrumental in configuring, optimizing, and delivering Workday solutions that meet client needs.

About the Role:

This is a full lifecycle implementation role requiring deep functional and technical expertise in Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll. You will conduct detailed business process reviews, requirement gathering sessions, and FIT-GAP analysis to identify necessary configurations, customizations, and process adjustments within Workday HCM.

You will design and implement Workday integrations using tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio. Your expertise will also involve developing and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer and BIRT.

Additionally, you will provide expert guidance and support during system testing phases, conduct workshops, and provide training to client teams on Workday functionalities and best practices.
