Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics professional with expertise in advanced reporting, dashboards, PRISM, and worksheets. This role involves managing reporting initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and a small team to deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced, matrix, and calculated field reports in Workday.
  • Develop and manage Workday dashboards, discovery boards, and PRISM analytics.
  • Create and manage Workday worksheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.
  • Manage reporting operations and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality delivery and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Reporting (including matrix and calculated fields).
  • Proven expertise with Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, PRISM, and Worksheets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in operations and people management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
