About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with solid experience in Workday Adaptive Planning who can collaborate closely with internal Workday Services teams to drive timely and efficient delivery of enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proven configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute enhancements, configurations, and optimizations within Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Collaborate with Workday Services teams to ensure timely delivery of new planning capabilities and process improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design planning models aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and templates to support strategic and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate change management for new features.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and user guidance to enhance adoption and utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, ideally in enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting principles.
  • Experience creating and managing models, assumptions, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of Workday integrations and data management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, HR, and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials or Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Certification in Workday Adaptive Planning or related Workday modules.
  • Exposure to automation or integration tools supporting Workday Services.
