Workday Administrator Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workday professional to fulfill key responsibilities at our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting Workday Reports. A high level of expertise in overall Workday administration and configuration, as well as strong experience in Workday reports, is required.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to build and troubleshoot Workday integration, including EIBs and Cloud Connectors. In addition, they will need to consult with operating companies and group business users on change and enhancement requests.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to assist with business UAT testing on Workday changes and enhancements. The candidate should also be able to analyze relevant Workday release changes to assess their impact on current success factors.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered. Workday certification is a plus, and candidates with 2-5 years of work experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and support Workday Reports
