Human Capital Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Human Capital consultant to join our team.
This role will focus on leveraging Workday technology to enhance human resources, talent management, and finance processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop industry-tailored solutions for the entire Workday implementation lifecycle.
- Work as part of a problem-solving team, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Analyze current industry trends and extract insights using a broad range of tools and techniques.
- Develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas using feedback and reflection.
- Delegate tasks, coach others to deliver results, and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Review work quality, accuracy, and relevance, and know how to use available tools effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Workday technology and its applications in human resources, talent management, and finance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and delivery.
