Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and drive success in a dynamic organization.

Job Description:

Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud and possess a functional understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and effective coordination with clients. The ideal candidate will operate independently to deliver high-quality work products and perform complex duties that require independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs.

  • Strong domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle
  • Excellent configuration expertise on Core HR Configuration, Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules, OTL configuration, Payroll elements configuration, Compensation elements configuration, and Oracle Journeys
  • Experience in security configuration is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required in the future
