We are seeking a strategic Human Capital Manager to lead our HR function. This is a full-time role responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee workforce relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage compensation and benefits, performance management systems, training and development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance is essential. Strong skills in performance management, training, and development are required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industry is preferred but not necessary.
