Leadership Hiring Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Leadership hiring landscape, having previously worked with Executive search firms or similar industry entities.
They should be adept at identifying a candidate's potential through strategic questioning, while also effectively managing Senior Stakeholders at Leadership level and exhibiting excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
In addition, they should demonstrate a commitment to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas, boasting a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Leadership hiring. Furthermore, they should be well-versed in Excel and reporting.
Regular MBA from a reputable Business school would be an added advantage.
The role requires expertise in sourcing through all possible channels, preparing Fitment and offer negotiation at senior levels involving other perks and benefits besides CTC, as well as utilizing AI in Recruitment for leadership hiring.
