Job Title: Leadership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Leadership Development Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about developing leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and match their skills with business requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates and track their progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to fulfill staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to deliver results and meet expectations.
