We're seeking a seasoned Demand Operations Manager to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT
  • Standardize local IT services under corporate control
  • Oversight of procurement processes, ensuring PRs/POs are created and processed accurately
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes

Requirements include 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations. Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments) is also necessary.

A strong understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling) is beneficial. Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes is essential.

Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services is necessary. Excellent stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills are also required.

Prior experience in multinational or regional IT operations is preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows is a plus.

This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards. You will manage procurement and finance processes, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.
