Demand Generation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and growth-oriented professional to execute demand generation strategies across various channels. This role involves implementing end-to-end demand generation plans, driving pipeline growth, and executing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Own and manage Aereo's Webinars, Email Campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, Events, and SEO-driven inbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Analyze and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM (Zoho), marketing automation, and website performance tools.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • A proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
