We seek a seasoned professional to lead our multi-channel demand engine, developing scalable solutions spanning inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and account-based marketing motions.

This player-coach role involves defining strategy, managing performance, and actively building campaigns to drive measurable results. Experience in regulated industries like Life Sciences is highly preferred, as you will be marketing to complex buying cycles.

You will play a key role in pipeline creation, customer acquisition, product adoption, and expansion across our lifecycle—from first touch to renewal—collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.

Demand Generation Ownership
  • Develop a robust demand generation engine that drives revenue growth through digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, display, paid/organic social) and offline channels.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, funnel velocity, and return on investment using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted campaigns tailored to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign optimization and improvement.
AI-Powered Marketing
  • Leverage AI tools to develop/test messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Automate segmentation/personalization across lifecycle and account-based marketing.
Full-Funnel Optimization
  • Optimize funnel performance using data-driven insights, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing, cohort analysis, and user experience diagnostics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences).
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts.
