Job Opportunity:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.

You will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare, and monitor and analyze campaign performance. Your role will also involve working closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.

You must ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations, such as Google's healthcare ad policy and Meta restrictions.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies, and to apply this knowledge to drive measurable ROI for our clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
