Role Overview

We're looking for a part-time healthcare expert to drive corporate partnerships for our Annual Health Checkup (AHC) programs. This is a remote role with flexibility, focused on engaging HR teams, wellness committees, and decision-makers in corporates to bring AidNix's AHC services to their employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with corporates for AHC programs across India.
  • Coordinate remotely with AidNix partner labs and doctors for checkup execution.
  • Negotiate corporate packages and close deals.
  • Organize and oversee virtual health awareness sessions.
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely post-checkup report delivery.

Requirements

  • Background in healthcare, corporate wellness, or diagnostics.
  • Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Available part-time with flexibility during corporate working hours.

Compensation

  • Retainer + incentives per corporate deal closed.
