Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment within our business unit.

This role demands a visionary thinker with deep domain expertise, strong techno-functional capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated solutions, and enabling business growth through strategic customer engagements.

  • Solution & Offering Development: Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and business process as a service solutions for payers, third-party administrators, managed care organizations, and value-based care models.
  • Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring: Track and align with industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership points of view, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS: Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Role Competency:
  • Experience: 15+ years of overall industry experience, including: 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
  • Expertise: Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape
  • Solutioning: Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions
  • BPAAS Engagements: BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models
  • Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and innovation orientation; Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments; Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; Ability to interface with prospects, partners, analysts, and internal teams across geographies; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
