  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.">
  • Represent NPCI in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.">
  • Develop and implement various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc.">
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.">
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects to ensure alignment with NPCI's strategic goals.">
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.">
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.">
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.">
  • Promote innovation within NPCI by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.

">

Education: MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute.
