
International Revenue Strategist

The Revenue Manager will be accountable for overseeing International Client engagements, spearheading strategic initiatives.
Central to this role is ensuring effective revenue and distribution management across hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. A strong track record of leadership and decisive thinking in executing revenue strategies will be essential.

This position offers opportunities for travel within India and abroad, fostering collaboration with a diverse set of partners. Unlike day-to-day pricing and inventory management, the successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training to optimize returns on time invested.
The Revenue Manager will also play a key role in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.
We seek an individual with a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes, one who can adapt to evolving market trends and drive maximization of room sales and revenue for the hotel or accommodation.
- Develop Commercial Strategies: Ensure that successful commercial strategies are formulated for our partners.
- Culture Replication: Ensure that the culture instilled by the founder is reflected in all actions undertaken on behalf of the partners.
- Strategy Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to strategy based on market trends to achieve maximum rooms sales and revenue for the hotel/holiday homes/hotel apartments.
- Departmental Budgets: Assist the Founder in finalizing all departments' revenue budgets and forecasts.
- Rolling Forecasts: Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts according to market trends.
- Weekly Revenue Meetings: Organize regular revenue meetings with the Founder for all partners, ensuring that sales strategies are executed and supervise sales and marketing activities.
- Training and Learning: Develop skills in teaching best practices of Revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
- Consistent Selling Strategy: Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all channels and develop systems to assist partners in growing their business opportunities.
- System Maintenance: Ensure accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.
- Daily Revenue Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams.
