Job Summary

The job entails delivering transfer agency operations, processing inquiries, and serving as the primary contact for escalations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating tasks, investigating breaks, and resolving issues in accordance with established work practices and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to process transactions, resolve exceptions, and meet deadlines
  • Responding to client inquiries, escalating issues as necessary, and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Understanding risk management principles, identifying materiality thresholds, and driving issue resolution
  • Maintaining open communication channels, attending partner meetings, and driving project participation within the team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Subject matter expertise in Transfer Agency, reconciliation, trade settlements, KYC/AML or strong financial markets product knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including initiative to drive change and enhance controls
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and take calculated risks
  • Effective oral and written communication, presentation skills, and strategic messaging capabilities
  • Relationship management, partnership, and leadership skills to promote change and influence outcomes
  • Proactive identification and escalation of issues
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
