Knowledge Transfer and Management Specialist

The role of a Knowledge Transfer and Management Specialist is pivotal in driving knowledge-sharing excellence across an organization. This position involves leading and managing end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training for managed functions, ensuring upskilling and transition support across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management to ensure critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.
  • Developing and maintaining training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for operational applications/platforms/ERPs, including language training.
  • Conducting engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  • Ensuring training programs are tailored to various roles within the organization.
  • Tracking training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Establishing a structured review cycle to keep training materials aligned with system updates, process changes, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors including data migration.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Training (Finance/ Accounts is a plus).
  • CPTM/ATD Certification.
  • Fluency in English.
