Job Title: Technical File Transfer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical File Transfer Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Technical File Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining file transfer solutions using various protocols such as SFTP, SSH, SSL, and FTPS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of file transfer services with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain file transfer solutions using various protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate file transfer services with existing systems.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using languages such as Python, UNIX, LINUX shell, and Perl.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on file transfer best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production support and file transfer experience.
  • Knowledge of certificate management (SSH RSA DSA etc.).
  • Proven analysis and reporting skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with virtual and global teams, including intercultural awareness.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Geneos.
  • Knowledge of SRE and DEVOPS, automation, and shell scripting (Ansible, bash, perl).
  • Experience in MFT tools (Winscp, filezila, bTrade, Axeway) and well-versed in file transfer architecture.
  • Understanding of managed file architecture and complex network interfaces.
  • Experience in building services, adapters, and configuring property files to implement file transfer solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud system architect and functionalities (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience in file transfer protocols (SSH/SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, Connect Direct).
