We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, handling courier, mail, and document coordination, scheduling meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
The Front Desk Representative will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Key duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to management when required, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries, diverting sales leads to relevant stakeholders, and maintaining customer relationships.
- They will also be responsible for preparing and following up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements, as well as maintaining and updating CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and have 3-5 years of work experience. Strong presentation skills, excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
