Medical Advisor

The Medical Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients through Luxora's service.

  • Patient Consultation & Pre-Screening:

Gathering information about prospective patients' medical concerns, goals, and expectations to guide them on suitable treatment options and assess basic eligibility based on their medical history.

  • Medical Report Analysis:

Reviewing diagnostic reports and medical documents to assist in preliminary evaluation before forwarding to partner hospitals or specialists.

  • Treatment Coordination:

Helping patients understand recommended procedures, expected outcomes, recovery timelines, and pre/post-operative care essentials.

  • Bridge Between Patient & Surgeon:

Acting as a medical liaison—translating clinical information into patient-friendly language and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.

  • Trust-Building & Support:

Providing empathetic, medically accurate advice to build trust and alleviate patient anxiety—especially for those traveling overseas for surgery.

  • Data Accuracy & Documentation:

Ensuring that patient data, preferences, and medical information are recorded accurately and shared securely with relevant partners.

  • Ethical Guidance & Compliance:

Upholding patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and informed consent standards in all interactions.

  • Post-Consultation Follow-Up:

Checking in with patients at key milestones before and after travel, ensuring continuity of care and satisfaction with Luxora's service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
