Job Role:

The Client Success Specialist leads clients through the implementation of our Clinical software. This is a skilled position that requires experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client/project need and build relationships with the client
  • Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles
  • Manage client expectations, outcomes, and timelines
  • Communicate effectively with the client to define in-scope versus out-of-scope work
  • Keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Lead meetings and direct team/client solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation
  • Update client and internal management on project status, issues, and additional scope
  • Manage issue escalations and provide direction as necessary
  • Promote team and client collaboration to establish best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs and product requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Conflict management
  • Time management
  • US Clinical Healthcare experience required
  • 4-5 years of experience in client-facing roles
