Customer Service Representative

Looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide complete information about our products and services to customers
- Solve all product or service related issues of the customers
- Prepare customer service guidelines
- Keep a record of customer interactions
- Develop effective pitches to convert customer interest into sales
- Maintain and update customer information regularly
- Provide best possible solutions to customer queries
Requirements:
- Should be confident and dynamic with excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Good persuasion skill with ability to convert customer interest into sales
- Good negotiation skills with ability to handle complex customer situations
- Team player with quick learning abilities
- Passionate about work output with desired skills and experience
- SSC or higher education with ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English language
- Basic computer skills with good understanding of sales concepts
