Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CRO to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements
- A love for Sales / Revenue Growth: A passion for sales and meeting revenue targets is critical for this role.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role is highly preferred.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
