The Role
This Corporate Development & Strategy role will be instrumental in identifying key growth levers, launching new initiatives, and driving strategic projects such as OKRs and NPS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create investor decks, fundraising materials, and leadership presentations to support capital-raising efforts
- Identify and implement business growth levers, including cross-sell opportunities, cost optimization, and market expansion strategies
- Conduct industry analysis, track market trends, and benchmark against competitors to identify emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics, financial modeling, and provide data-backed insights for decision-making
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to address blind spots, enhance profitability, and drive efficiency
- Design and lead pilot programs for new product launches, testing hypotheses to assess scalability and commercial viability
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong corporate development acumen, with experience in investor decks, strategic presentations, and business planning
- Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in financial modeling, performance tracking, and insights generation
- Ability to break down complex problems, think critically, and drive structured solutions
- Proactive, independent thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for market trends
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging with senior leadership
- Exceptional communication with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
What We Offer
Tier 1 Engineering / Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a strategy-related role, ideally within consulting, or financial services Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership Experience in investor relations, strategic planning, data analytics, or financial modeling is a plus.
