Role Overview

The Junior Manager will oversee end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials.
  • Select vendors through RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Develop supplier relationships and metrics for performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate efforts among engineering, operations, and finance teams.
  • Track equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and manage budgets effectively.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives with suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • 8–10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
  • Experience in greenfield or startup environments is highly valued.
