As we expand across India, launch new stores, and introduce fresh collections weekly, we're reimagining modern ethnic wear – inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.

We seek an expert Sourcing Manager to drive cost-efficient, high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand. You'll oversee vendor partnerships, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and optimize sourcing operations, with a strong emphasis on vendor relationships and supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Optimization and Budget Management:
    • Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.
    • Develop and manage effective sourcing budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Production Coordination & Fulfilment:
    • Closely coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
    • Maintain high OTIF rates.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Closely work with the internal QA team to conduct regular PP review meetings, Inline, midline & final inspection.
    • Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with the internal QA team as necessary.
  • Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and onboard potential contract manufacturing partners capable of producing women's ethnic wear garments in line with brand standards and requirements.
    • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
    • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Vendor network in Jaipur (highly desirable).
  • Proven sourcing & procurement experience in apparel/fashion.
  • Strong negotiation & partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain.
  • Leadership skills with team & cross-functional management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay positive.
