Job Description: As a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties to meet the company's sales objectives. This role requires building relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and stakeholders to source new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Identification and Acquisition:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate properties that align with the company's sales goals.
  • Analyze market data to assess the viability of potential acquisitions and make informed decisions.
  1. Market Analysis and Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  1. Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers to secure optimal deals.
  1. Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements, ensuring seamless integration of services.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  1. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, including real estate agencies, local authorities, and consultants, fostering a network of valuable connections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Fresher's can be considered as an Management Trainee
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
