We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for our real estate portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the real estate or online portal space, and a proven ability to drive revenue, build client relationships, and lead high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow portal revenue. This includes identifying and onboarding real estate developers, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor's degree, or (MBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, or online portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and team leadership qualities.
• Experience selling digital advertising or lead generation products.
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
