Procurement and Sourcing Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Procurement and Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in buying, procurement, and supply chain management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective Team Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Escalation Management, Performance Review Management
- Monitoring/Managing Supplier Information, including data analysis and maintenance
- Master Data Management related to Procurement, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- End-to-End Procure-to-Pay Cycle Experience, from requisition to payment
- RFx Process Experience, including negotiation and contract management
- Transformation/Automation Projects in Procurement, leveraging technology for process improvements
- Create/PR and PO, Reconcile Purchase Orders, Research Resolve Order Exceptions, Supplier Identification process in various systems
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, with ability to present information clearly
- Project Management Skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Analytical Skills, Root Cause Analysis, to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Desirable Skills:
- IT Tools for Supply Chain Planning, including forecasting and optimization
- Supply Chain for Oil & Gas or Energy Services Industry, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges
- Power BI Dashboards Creation, to visualize and analyze data effectively
- Spend Analytics, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, to drive business value
- Purchasing, Sourcing & Supplier Management for Goods/Services, with expertise in procurement processes
